So we drove up to Port St. Lucie today. Mikes brother lives there. Mike sister is in Boynton Beach Mikes Parents are in Delray and my brother is in Deerfield. Boynton is the closest which is about 45 minutes from Port St. Lucie. GOOD far enough where they wont just 'stop by' And close enough that we can visit!!
ANYWAY ABOUT THE HOUSE!!! The house is BRAND new just built. We would be the first owners.
Its 4 bedrooms 2 baths Living room family room dining room breakfast area 2 car garage and screened in porch in the back. No pool but the lot is big enough for a pool!! And the Kitchen MY DREAM kitchen. It is like a u shaped with a really long island in the middle with a sink in it. Cabinets and the dishwasher is in the island. then on the other counter there was another sink. 2 sinks I was amazed LOL!!! In each corner there was a hughe walk in pantry. So two pantrys and the house was so cheap (compared to NY)

We just got home. And while it feels so good to be home and sit on my own couch in my own living room and tonight sleep in my own bed ITS COLD!!!!

IM schocked after talking to my parents about the house I grew up in. I asked them how big the rooms were and they were smaller then these bedrooms. Master is 19'-0 x 12'6 bed room 10'-o' x 14'-12' Bedroom 10'-1' x 13'-4' Bedroom 10'-1' x 11'-6'
Living room/Dining room 21'-0' x 16'-5' Family room 13'-1' x 19'-4'
Garage 21'-11' x19'-0'
Living area 2095 sq. ft Garage 433 sq ft. Total 2528 sq.ft
My mom said there house is under 1200 sq. Ft that didnt seem right to me though..

Wow, that is great news. The house sounds fantastic & what a price!!! (compared to up here). The Mets have spring training in Pt. St. Lucie--one of my cousins used to live there (great area).

this is not the house we looked at. But it is the same model. The one we saw was white adn grey not pink.
