I spent the entire day thinking I'm going to look like a cow in my wedding gown. I want to flip this around and focus on my good qualities. I need a self esteem pick-me-up! So here goes...
I am beautiful! I have really shiny hair, pretty green eyes and perfect boobs that FH happens to adore.

I think it's great when someone accepts themselves. I spent years putting myself down -- even when I was 120 pounds with a knock-out shape- I would look in the mirror and think,'ugh'.

i am beautiful for my big crazy hair that i still cant tame even at 24. my lips, that FH loves to kiss. and for my tummy, even though its not flat or toned I still love it!

FH loves my lips too! I'm hispanic so they're naturally full. No collagen needed here, lol We are beautiful! :D

It's not about size Debbie -- it's about poor self-image and low self-esteem. I need to lose 40 pounds which is hardly makes me obese but I've been feeling like s h i t. It's all in my middle and more than one person has asked me if I'm pregnant -- including my young students.
I have actually cried when I think about how I'll look that day so today I am focusing on all the good stuff. We are beautiful, Debbie. It's just nice to remind ourselves sometimes.
