DH and I are closing on a today at 11 a.m. And I feel like this . Wish us luck!
Update: We got the house! Now FH wants to fix the house and hopefully move in Oct 4th. So this month I start teaching at a new school, continue taking grad classes, try to pack up my house, hope the construction on the house goes as planned, and then hopefully set up our new home. Lets just say its gonna be a loooonng month.

Good luck!!!!! That is so exciting! I'm in the initial stages of buying a house. We are meeting with our lawyer tomorrow to sign the contract.
