Best of luck and congrats! Enjoy every minute of it! don't be discuoraged.... It's not easy! Not every closing goes smoothly= people are late, paperwork is lost, but it does work out for most cases.

thanks - we were supposed to do it friday but as was mentioned, they didn't have it all in order yet...ergh! its not what we planned years ago but gives us peace of mind and we are going to make it the best we can!

it went great!!! we are now the official owners....

yeyeyeyeyeyey!!! its weird we suddenly feel so 'grown up' - lol

now if on;y the construction was done so we could move in and stop paying rent and a mortgage!!
