after a year and a half of looking, we finally got fully executed contracts today and our closing date has to happen within 30 days! everything is going to go so fast. i am so excited!!! but i am wondering when i should tell me landlord, i work for a lawyer so i know how often things fall through, i don't want to tell her and then it falls through what do i do????????
