We are homeowners!!

Well, it is official. Me and my FH are homeowners!!!! We closed on our house today!! We are so excited and can't believe it!
It was a really smooth closing.
What a wonderful X-Mas gift!!!

Where is your new house

Thanks girls.
The house is in Queens, in Old Howard Beach
It is a small, but really cute house. It's a high ranch w/ 2 Bedrooms, 1 bath, living room, nice size EIK, Basement, deck, backyard, driveway and garage.
It was recently renovated, but there is still a lot of stuff we want to do before we get married. But the positive thing is we don't have to gut it or anything like that!!!
It is so perfect for the two of us.
We legally take possession on Sunday, but the owners want us to pick up the keys on Sat morning at 8:00am!!!!! They are moving then. So we get to go in the house on Sat.
The closing took about 2-2 1/2 hrs and was really smooth w/ no problems arising!! Thank goddness!!!!
