We are IN CONTRACT for our house!!!

i'm so excited! we're officially in contract. i think we'll close the beginning of june but we may be able to do it earlier.

now we actually have somewhere to live and don't have to stress anymore. well...except the damn tenant won't vacate and we can't buy until he leaves he says he'll be gone by the end of the week.

yeah!!!! our first house!!!

Congrats!!!! What town? or even what county? if you don't want to share too much info.
I am interested to see where people my age are settling down.
