Congratulations!!!! I hate the whole 'on or about' business. We close on our house 'on or about July 14th'--my lawyer said it could be up to 30 days after that--I just wish they could give an exact date right now....yours is soooo soon--you are lucky!! Congrats again!! What town?

The house is in Middle Island on the border of Coram and Middle Island. Its in a cute little neighborhood and it is SO quiet there! I love it!! I'll post pics soon!

Congrats!
I have a dumb question though When you 'close,' does that mean that you're totally in your house and the previous owners are totally out? Or is there a period after closing within which they have to get out? I'm so clueless when it comes to all this stuff!
