LOL, the article talks about 'Do They Know it's Christmas'!
That song makes me laugh, because my aunt was raised in Ethiopia and converted from Christianity! I told her about that song (she didn't know it, having grown up over there) and she was totally offended. 'What, do they think we're heathens or idiots? Of Course we know it's Christmas!!!'

I heard the Eric Clapton song Tears in heaven was being re-done for the victims
but no i don't think it We are the world will get as much attention now as it had did

did you hear the parody on 97.5 that made fun of teh tsunami victums? It was horrible! I didn't hear the song but people were telling me the lyrics and I heard people talking about it on the radio on the way home today.
ETA: the parody was in the tune of we are the world
