We bid on a co-op in Briarwood

There was a little negotiating, but we all settled on a price. Now I am freaking out b/c I feel we will be in over our heads with mortgage and maint.
I am meeting with a mortgage broker tomorrow, who is a friend of DH's uncle. We met with him before and he told us what we could afford, but for some reason, when I calculate this stuff I feel like we will have no $$$$ left to eat!
Did anyone else feel like this?
I also posted before about selling your co-op because I was anxious about being able to sell it in a few years.
I think I am being a little too crazy

We are meeting with the mortgage broker and attorney tonight; both are good friends of DH's uncle, so I hope they do right by us. They told me not to worry, but I just keep thinking DH and I will be eating cereal for breakfast , lunch and dinner after all of our bills, mortgate, maint. are met for the month
