I am excited, we booked our DJ!!!! We booked Tommys Tunes!!! Every wedding I have been to with them, i have had the best time. So now, my FH wants the guy that sings like Frank Sinatra and Louis Armstrong.... What do you guys think? I am taking a poll.

I'm sorry if this is not going with popular opinion, but it's just an opinion and ultimatley you should go with what you want.
here goes;
I went to a wedding that had a Frank Sinatra singer and even though he wasn't half bad-didn't sound like Frank Sinatra-I thought it was like karaoke.
Again, not saying that the people didn't like it-just my honest opinion.

Thank you. That is what I want... completely honest opinions!!!! I am so thankful i can actually get honest opinions on here, casue people who know us usually tell us what we want to hear.

At first I wanted this too, we are doing all rat pack music for our ch, and i thought this woul dbe a lot of fun..but ultimately decided that everone is going to be busy talking and eating, most of my family hasnt been to ny for years and will have tons to talk about, so its a waste of money, we had to tighten the purse strings somewhere. if money is not an issue, then go for it, if you really want it, but why waste the money on that when you can spend that much more on your dream dress, or honeymoon

I'm gonna say realllly think about it. You are taking away from some serious dance and party time LOL I know that it would be awesome to have... but what if some people don't like them or the singer does his thing for too long... I dunno.. that's JMHO

Jenn - we wanted to incorporate a touch of live music to our wedding so we are using the guy who sings Sinatra music. He is soooo unbelievable. That was our splurge for the evening. We never even thought about it until someone recommended him it is defintely something different. If you want the info regarding him FM me.
