We booked flowers today!!

We finally booked our flowers today!! We booked with Towers Flowers in Nesconset. They are going to match our color wine beautifully!! We got an awesome dea!! My bo-k is going to be 2 dozen vendella, pink and hot pink roses, with stephanosis with pearls, MOH will have 18 black magic, hot pink and pink roses, my BMs will have a dozen black magic, hot pink and pink roses!! Of course we got boutierres and corsages for the guys and MOB, MOG, FOB, FOG and grandparents. We also are going to have the roses in our centerpieces in a low simple vase. No pics yet but when I get some I will post! SOOOOOO EXCITED!!!!! Another thing checked off the list!! Oh and we also applied for passports today for our HM in Aruba!! We're on a roll!!

I hate to be a party pooper, but KEEP your contract.............I had 5 phone calls w/my florist and my flowers although pretty were NOTHING like I wanted!!!! I saved my contract, called her hysterical on the wedding day and we got into a HUGE screaming fight. Anyway I sent her a picture of the flowers and a copy of our contract and she refunded my money when I threatned to write to the Mackinac Island Wedding Guide to let them know not to recommnd her anymore. This is someone out of MI so you should be fine, but make sure you are VERY VERY VERY clear about what you want.........................Anyway now that i'm done and more than likely just scared you They sound amazing!!!!!!!
