We booked our limos! And a few other details...

Finally!! The last vendor is booked! With six months to go, we are done w/ all of the vendors. We booked Ultimate Class Limos. I have one phrase to sum up our meeting- Professional service. Matt spent over an hour w/ us. He answered all of my questions, and more! I am fully confident they are the best choice. If you have not booked limos yet, I would check them out. My dress is in, I'm just waiting for my veil and headpiece. I still need to get shoes, but I know what I want so that should be easy. Any suggestions for things I could do ahead of time? I want to do as much as I can now before things get crazy. Thanks for your help in advance. Continued success to all...

Congrats! I am sure that feels so great to have all the big things out of the way. What was your approx. price with your limos and how are you doing it (one or two, etc). That is the one thing that I have to book and hope to do so within the next few weeks! Thanks for your help!

LOL j/k! * Start buying your bridal party and/or parent gifts (and FI, too!) * Programs * Favors (only if non-perishable, of course) * Choose and order informal notes w/ your maiden name (or monogram) for your shower and/or early wedding gifts - it took me a month to pick one I liked LOL! * Start making your lists!! OK, so I`m a tad organized (no comment, Kel!)... - Photo list - Song list (DJ or band) - Ceremony musicians? Make music selections. - Day of timeline - Emergency kit list - Master list of vendor contact #`s Dancing lessons? Hair/Makeup trials? Ceremony accessories? Weekend away? LOL I`ve got more but I need to think... I'm married 4 months this Thursday!! WOOOOHOOOOO!! :)

I am doing menu cards. You can begin to wrap favors too (something I dread) Start to shop for bridal party gifts. Get undergarments for gown. Hair trials are a must. Also, consider getting a facial once or twice before the wedding. It really refreshes your skin. And a massage the week of the wedding is a wonderful thing too.

Thanks for the tips! I am on top of most of what you both mentioned, except the programs. We need to finalize our readings for the church. I have a great company for personal stationary if anyone needs/wants it.Great prices and nice stuff! We went w/ 3 limos- a four pass.(white) for B&G, a 10 pass.(black) for Groomsmen, a 8 pass.(black) for BM. All the limos will be 2003's, and we have them for 3 hours.They are also sending a Towncar back for us at the end of the night to bring us to our hotel at no cost.Total cost w/ tip and gratuity is $1170. We are going to add in 2 more limos for family members, and we are going to get 55 pass. buses too (I'm not sure if we will use Ultimate Class for the buses). This was the only place we went, and we were so impressed,we did not shop around. I'm not even sure if this is a good price, but to me the quality of the service is what counts.I want to know that my limo driver is going to be professional, on-time, arrive in a clean car, have alternate routes in case of traffic, and have the proper attire. I know UC will provide this, and I have full confidence they will do a great job. Continued success to all...
