We booked the honeymoon!

Wow, I can't believe we actually did it....
We will be going to Tahiti, Moorea and Bora Bora for 10 days.
I have always wanted the honeymoon to be to French Polynesia and over the last week I had some doubts (are we crazy for spending this money?, oh my god it is so far, we could be going to the Caribbean for 3 weeks and stay imn top of the line hotels.... ), but then I looked at the brochures, the posts from girls on this board who have gon e an dthe decision was final! We figure this is a once in a life time trip and will never go back so what the hell!!!! We just may have to eat mac and cheese for a year!!!

We are staying at all Sofitel Hotels. Maeva beach on Tahiti, Ia Ora Overwater Bungalow on Moorea, and 2 nights Marara Garden Bungalow and 2 nights Motu Overwater on Bora Bora. The Motu is ridiculously expensive and that is why we are only staying there 2 nights. It is the last two nights of the honeymoon, though How about you?

My DH and I attempting to plan a second honeymoon to Tahiti. If you guys don't mind would you let me know what prices you've gotten. We priced the trip out with a travel agent..for 10 days/9 nights Bora Bora & Morea both over water bungalows & airfare from L.A. was $8500.

Alright, Ali!!! We are going to Bora, Bora also. After being to Bali it was hard to find a place that seemed as nice but, the pictures of French Polynesia really won us over
