So after looking at many places my FH and I chose Thatched Cottaged. So be honest... anyone have any feedback on Thatched, any ideas for hotels to stay at and places for our rehersal dinner.

Yay!!! Congrats!!

I looked at it and I agree it's gorgeous! That tuscany cocktail room with the indoor/outdoor bar is the coolest thing ever!

I loved it! I thought it was beautiful and FH was in love with the Tuscany garden room they are making for the cocktail hour.

The only thing I did not like when I saw it was the ballroom looked too small for my group.

Congrats! You made a great choice - I have heard many rave reviews from there!

Congrats!!!!!!There is a hotel like right next door but I think it is verrrry shady. Never stayed there but it is next door. You next option would probably be Commack by the expressway. Hope that helps!
