Congrats! I totally understand your excitement, and I hope everything goes well. I know everyone's gonna poo-poo me for saying this, but an accepted bid doesn't mean you've purchased anything yet.
If you haven't signed the contract, or even had an engineer inspect the home yet, ANYTHING can happen (either w/your financing or the seller's finding a new home or you could learn the house needs a ton of work).
Good luck w/the inspection, the mortgage and contract process first. Those are the biggest hurdles to get over. The rest is just writing big checks and signing your name a bunch of times.
