we can finally finish our favors

Last summer we bought a ton of ice cream scoops. Now, we finaly got candy to put in them. We are going with a tropical theme, so we got tropical starburst jelly beans. FH wanted something for those that don't like starburst, so we also have peanut M&Ms. Men!

Just happy we can get this done.

I was going to use tulle. But honestly, I didn't like the look. I don't know why, I think it is the fring at the end or something, and I like it to be see through. Plus I am cheap and poor . So I got these Candymaker Treat bags at AC Moore for $1.29/100. I just hope they come out right.

I also made my own thank you tags. I am cutting them out right now (took a break). They are sand dollars with our names, date, and 'Thank You for Sharing Our Special Day' Adding blue ribbon to top it off.

Dont feel bad...not everyone likes tulle...( me included...i just asked cause its the usual)

I think the bags will look more sanitary anyway... we made our tags for our e-party favors too...theres no reason to have that done professionally - its more heartfelt when you do it anyway
