We closed this morning! We have the keys, but we decided to paint the living room and the bedroom so we may not move in anything right away. So excited even though the closing took 4 hours (once again, BNY mortgage s*cks and calculated everything wrong--it had to be redone at the last minute...but we finally have ownership!)!!!!

I know! I didn't take any last night at the walk-through because they still had a ton of their stuff there. But definitely this weekend. I need to take before and after pics so you can see the difference when the walls get painted white after being purple! I really didn't want to come back to work after the closing (FH took rest of the day off), but my lawyer is my boss's husband and he said he had strict orders to tell me to return to work ASAP. So I am missing out on the first moving in trips! But, there will be plenty more this weekend!

I hope the purple isn't dark....I know when you are going from a dark color to a light you MUST prime otherwise the light color takes on the dark color!
