Ohhhh - we are in Oakland Gardens too!!!
Another Oakland Gardens couple here... But not for too long... we are closing on our co-op next weeken and moving to Nassau...

I grew up in Bayside and my parents still live there. I think it's a great place to live! Close enough to the city AND LI!

That's so funny! my FILs live in Bay terrace! What street do you live on?
We bought a place in the Bay Club - the entrance is one 23rd Ave (I think --I'm still trying to get those details down )

Congrats We're right over in Whitestone...but our good friends live in Baybridge...right down the road from Bay Terrace...great area
Baybridge is a beautiful community ... I haven't seen the inside of the complex, but it looks really nice from the outside

Yeah! Congrats and welcome to the neighborhood. I moved to Douglaston about 5 months ago from the city and I love it. Love Bay Terrace, spend way too much money shopping there
