to share our story, right before the wedding (March), we agreed on a house. Contracts were drawn up and sent to us while on our HoneyMoon in Purto Rico. We signed and sent them back just to find out by time we get off the HoneyMoon, they left us high and dry and get more money for our house. We were very upset ...
The search goes on after seeing over 40 houses(since Jan) , we saw a Co-op that my agent highly recommened us seeing (we didnt want a co-op) but we saw it anyway.
Its home as soon as we walked in. Everything about our unit is brand new. Stainless Steel applicances, a/c's, carpet, paint, bathroom, heaters, everything. We even have a private backyard area from our slideing glass door (probally the only thing not new) I hope to go back in soon and take pictures but here is some listed on MLSLI
we figure we save for our dream home after starting here.... we are gonna own something big and for a steal
Congratulations! We bought a co-op first too.....much less money, but a gret way to have something of your own and build equity!

Damm thats CHEAP for a 2br co-op. 2br co-ops where I live go for 100k more.
It looks very nice. Is the maintenance reasonable on it?

we pay more for 2br and a backyard but very manageable...they keep it fully landscape nicely day in and day out. i heard snow remove was great also talking to my future negibhor.

i dont know of any new places on 110. on 110, they are building student building for SUNY Farmingdale (only thing i can think of thats new).
This complex is old but a new managment took over a few years ago and really turned it around. I had some doubts about Amityville but you really can't judge a book by its cover till you read a little

It looks great Congratulations. I had a co-op for almost 3 years and was very happy there. If you are as lucky as I was, you will be able to make a big profit and buy that dream house very soon

Oh..its not listed on MLS anymore... (i guess that is good for us)
This unit is 160k.... i'm not sure where pill got 100's from, but still a steal at that price. i fm you a 1 bedroom that might be avaiable
