WE FINALLY CLOSED.**updated for Yabbo with colors!! )

I cant believe it but we finally closed.

It was a rough ride. and thankfully we are done. the mortgage people gave us a rough time until the very end, (delaying the process of the wire)
we are finally rid of those CROOKS.. and just an FYI for those of you looking for a mortgage:

run dont walk away from ALLIANCE MORTGAGE BANKERS...they were unproffesional and RUDE. Once we gave them a check we never received a call back ONCE.. i had to CONSTANTLY call them..

anyway we are finally in our first home and we have much work to do. I cant wait to move in

We are gonna take some pics tomorrow with all the junk out of the house, and then ill post them...
We cant move in until all rooms are pianted and the floors are done because of the dogs so probably not for a couple of weeks.

Im so happy for you!!!

We're closing on Thursday - and I have to agree with you that this process is HORRIBLE!!!
Our bank gave us huge problems as well!!!!

What a relief this must be for you!!!
