we finally did it

After getting my engagement ring, we started having probs with it...mainly because it was set so high, i would get a red band around my finger that would get really dry and itchy and kind of painful if it got bad enough. (jewelers said it was from water getting trapped and it would dry out my skin) (We also had a BBB complaint against the ring, long story)
So FH was really attached to my ring, totally didn't want me to change it, but he was finally able to see the damage first hand and we agree to change the setting. We are using all the same diamonds, just doing a prong setting for the side stones and turning my wedding band into an eternity band (prong style).
We will have them in 3 weeks...i'm so excited but a part of me feels a little strange about it. I think in the end it's good...i was starting not to wear the ering bc of what it was doing and i don't want to have that problem, ya know?? Thanks for listening...i'll post pics when i get them
