We FINALLY got our apartment together!

Never posted over here! How ya'll doing?
I've been missing a bit, cause my HUSBAND![]()
and I have been getting our dining room and living room together. We still rent, and he's lived there for 5 years before I moved in 2 years ago, so it's not like we got a new apartment, - BUT the dining room has always been the bedroom of a third roommate. The third roommate moved out July 1st!
Also, about 3 years ago the landlord did emergency electrical work and left all of these rough gray patches all over the place. The apartment's poteintal was completely hidden.
The walls in the dining room have murals painted on them by the previous tentant of pastorial country roads, and the walls were a sage green. Really beautiful, even with the plaster holes. But FINALLY the landlord plasted the holes and painted it and we picked Stem Green and the room looks AMAZING. And the living room, which was once the storage area, has been painted Semolina (a dark yellow) and we finally feel like we're living in a HOME as opposed to an apartment.
Still have both of our studies, the kitchen, the bathroom and of couse the bedroom to do, but it's finally looking like adults live there! Yay!
