We found it!!!!!!!!!!!!

FI and I found an apartment in Long Beach! We signed the lease yesterday and are moving in July 15th!

I told my roomates last night, they were so sweet. I told them I would be more than happy to cover my share of the rent through August since we are moving so fast, but I may have found someone to move in the day after I move out, so it all works out well! I couldn't be happier right now!!

The place is gorgeous!! 3 bedrooms (1 will be FI's office), living room, family room, kitchen, 2 baths, outside deck facing the water and PARKING! Hard to come by parking in Long Beach!! It is a 2 story townhouse and I can't wait to start shopping!!!!!

Congrats!!! Long Beach is a great area - lots of fun. Plus, you can't beat ocean views!! Have fun!!

Congrats!! That sounds awesome. My hubby used to live in Long Beach - in the West End. We almost bought a duplex condo in the Ocean Club, but the seller changed his mind and we lost out. Where is your new apartment?

Thanks everyone! I was out to lunch with a client, sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you all and thank you for the warm wishes.

My FI lives in LB now, so we know the area pretty well. Our place is on West Broadway and Washington, not on the boardwalk, right across the street. There isn't anything directly across from us (yet) so it's an ocean view!!!
