We got a house!!!! After going back and forth our offer was accepted!!! We are so happy!! We have been looking for 2 years....We love the house and neighborhood!!!! Living in Queens for 15 years, I can't wait to move and have some grass & trees!!!! Now we need to start the process. What do we do next??? Any suggestions.... I know about the mortgage but I need advice on the other things....Thanks in advance.
Congrats! Tell your real estate lawyer and get your engineer/termite inspector in there!

It is in East Meadow in the Clearmeadow section, close to Eisenhower Park. (we are so excited we can ride our bikes there & we are getting married there too!!!).
