We got a new baby!!

She is so tiny and adorable!! We decided that Blu, our cat who just turned one, needed a friend, so I got her as an early birthday present!!

Her name is Bella and she is also a rag doll, like Blu... they are the awesomest kind of cats! They are so dog-like!

I didnt realize just how big Blu had gotten until we got Bella! and boy is she wearing the pants in the relationship and bossing him around! She chases him everywhere and he cant seem to get enough of her... he is always following her around... i think he is in love!

They are called rag dolls... if you do a search on google tons of sites will come up... we got them from a breeder out east... DH's aunt actually found them for us for a great price... she always checks Newsday for the ads...

rag dolls are super tame, but still fun and playful... they are all about human contact.. Blu purrs if you just walk by him... he is always at the door waiting for us when we get home and the reason they are called rag dolls is because when you hold them, they kind of go limp in your hands like an actual rag doll... they almost melt because they are so excited about getting attention... they are a great cat for someone who isnt usually a cat lover, and wants a puppy, but without all that extra work that comes along with the puppy...

they are still getting along great... Bella has been warming up to us and is so cute how she prances around the house... Blu, being a male was a little more clumsy then she is!

AWWWWWW I have three cats but when I see other cute kitties out there....makes me wish for another kitten in the house. Good luck with your new addition!
