WE GOT AN APARTMENT WOO HOO!!!
ok so FH and i are very old fashioned along with our parents and will not be living with eachother til after we get married..so we have been apartment hunting early because we want to stay close to both our families and work...and everything we have been seeing has been quite pricey and so small! FH is 6'1 and they all have slatned ceilings where he can barely stand! soo i have been getting very stressed about finding somwhere to live, thats close and is available around when we need it, without havig to pay soo many months that we arent there... sooo FH came up with a great idea! and idk why we didnt think of it before..but his parents house is very big and actually used to be a doctors house who used the ground level as an office.. the apartment would be really big we would just have to do some work on it, which would be so fun i think!! it has a fireplace..and i would have a washer dryer and jacuzzi...use of the backyard..parking in the driveway!! and landlords who would not bother me ever! also..his family is planning on moving back to chile in a few years and his father said he would sell us the house and then we can rent out the upper part of the house and pay the morgage with that income.. also we would not have to pay rent while we fixed the apartment, for however much it cost us thats how long we wont pay rent for! sooo im super excited!! my parents are soo happy too!! sorry its long! ![]()
