We got into an Accident

Last night we were driving in Selden Plaza by TJMaxx and when we went to drive through the intersection some old guy blew the stop sign and rammed right into the passenger side of the car (where I was sitting). I was completely covered in glass, the car is totaled and mind you WE WERE IN A PARKING LOT, the guy wasn't even looking at the road his head was turned to the right, I saw him and he admitted it. FH is ok but shaken up, but I cant move my right arm and shoulder. We spent all night in the ER last night. It just really s ucks that we have to go buy a new car now.

oh my gosh you poor thing! i hope your feeling better!!!!!!! crazy parking lot people! nobody pays attention to what their doing anymore and the innocent people get screwed! i hope everything works out =(

omg i hate that parking lot people are so stupid . glad to hear you are not horribly hurt.... don't let thoes insurance people give you the run around. if he blew a stop sign and was speeding in a parking lot he has to be liable. i would get a lawyer

im sorry that really sux feel better i was in an accident in october and my car no longer exists so i know the feeling but i def got money from the insurance for a new car...good luck make sure you call the insurance company

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so sorry this happened to you! Did they give you anything for your arm and shoulder! OMG this is awful! I pray you get insurance money and definitely get to an atty asap to file a personal injury auto tort claim. Let me know if you need any help! I do stuff like this in my law office all the time. My prayers are with you and your FH. Thank God you weren't hurt even worse. So sorry hun!!

omg hope you guys are ok. there are a lot of people that drive that shouldn't be. my friend got hit the other week cause the guy forgot to take his medication, & she had to chase him for 5 blocks before she got him to stop. people are retarded!
