Here in Lancaster, marriage licenses are published in the paper. How about in Long Island? Mary MOB

nope
its a piece of paper with the bride and groom info and then you give it to whoever performs the ceremony

they mail it in to the town and then you get your marriage cert. in the mail

What do you need to get your license?
2 forms of ID, one with picture
we had our birth certificates
driver's licenses and passports
