We got our marriage license down on Queens Boulevard in Kew Gardens. I had no idea they make you stand outside! FH and I were in jeans but a woman who was getting married there had on a lovely white suit and a red bouquet and we all got drenched! Even with our umbrellas it was so windy that we were soaked. Once we got inside it was fairly quick (20 minutes) and the bride in the white suit didn't let the rain get to her. She was all smiles inside
