I was SO psyched when JT called me to tell me we got tickets for the game on Tuesday, but then he told me it might be a day game, in which case I wouldn't be able to goSo, now, my FH, a red sux fan, may be going to the playoffs without me. HOW UNFAIR IS THAT?! Please cross your fingers that it's a night game!
I think I heard it was a day game though.

i'd be very surprised if it wasn't a night game for game 1

i'd be very surprised if it wasn't a night game for game 1

That's what I'm hoping, but JT was freaking me out. It's too early in the school year to 'leave early for a doctor's appointment.'So anything in the afternoon would be a big, fat no for me

We don't get sick days. We work kind of on an honor code in my school. We ALWAYS get paid if we're out, even if it's for a month. So I feel guilty when I'm out and not really sick. It's my conscience playing here. I MIGHT be able to get out early for like a 4:30 game. But I would be leaving teachers without a break in their afternoon since I teach music. I don't know. I have to wait and see. Maybe I'll get over feeling bad, but I am trying so hard to not be out at all this year. I got sick a lot last year, so I feel guilty.

I think it's going to be a night game. It will all depend on what other series are going that day. But the Yankees usually get prime time.
