I am officially announcing that we signed the contract yesterday and we are waiting for the builder to sign. The house will be up and ready for closing in 60 days....

Congratulations girl!!!! I'm so happy for you and Rich - please post pics as soon as you can!! Oh wait, you said you were waiting for a builder - well, maybe just post pics of what your house might look like - like a model or artists rendition? I can't wait to see your new home!
