We got the shock effect ....

FH and I work together. We never admitted to anyone that we were actually dating, although people assumed. We decided to not tell anyone about the engagement until we sent out the invites. It went from maybe they are dating to maybe not...Most everyone received their invites this weekend...We sent it to 25 of our coworkers. People were calling each other all weekend and asking if they heard and is it really us. One couldn't quite place our names. He called my boss' boss. He told me that he was just going go and show up if he didn't find out who it was beforehand, he would find out that day People were coming up to us all day long We were definetely the talk of the day... It was very fun to get everyone's reaction! It was very worth the wait...Not everyone knows yet but word is traveling. We work in a very large place.
