We had our E party (with working PICS)
So we finally had our Engagement Party and it was such a good time!!!! The night before was my brother's surprise 25th birthday party (which made for a group of boys that were worthless in the morning). But we managed to get everything set up and good to go.
Note to myself for the wedding: Delegate on the day of in order to avoid a stressed out bride
We did a backyard party and it was a good time. We served pigs in a blanket, clams on the half shell, chips, dip, spinach dip, nachos and all that for appetizers.
For like the main meal we did bbq...we did 3 different flavor wings..sausgae and peppers...zitis...salad, potato salad, macaroni salad, and cole slaw
Then for dessert we had 3 different cakes (our cake, plus 2 birthday cakes), watermelon (and i'm not sure what else)
We had sodas, waters, juice boxes, wine, liquor, and we managed to kick...yes you are reading this right...3 kegs. What can I say my family and friends can drink.
The party was kinda subdued early. Just horseshoes, the kids, playing and all that. Once dusk hit, the beer pong and flip cup came out. I had a really good time, and after the blur my e party is, I am so glad the wedding will be video taped.
