No interventions of any kind, not even an aspirin No induction,no epi Most of the labor was done standing- I had quite a bit of back pain and could not deal w/ it on the bed or on the birthing ball...did some walking in the birthing rm...otherwise standing,leaning on the bed, leaning into the walls...
Sorry I coul dnot post sooner but I am BFeeding and it is not easy at all...having latching problems...spoke with the BF consult at the hospital...had even the nurses help me, etc...was up most of lst night with her...she is sleeping now so I thought I'd dash off a quick note to my cheerleaders!!!
Thanks for all the prayers ( I did quite a bit of that in labor!) ROB WAS A GREAT COACH!! I'M a Momma!

Mommyhood is the best. I have a little 6 month old and she is so much fun. They love thier daddys. I am to be a new bride with no clue but I am getting good at this mommy thing. Good luck and if you have any questions please ask.

God Bless your new addition Phyl - that's wonderful news. If you get a spare second, could you tell me how you went about having your child naturally vs. medically enhanced?b I soooo want to go naturally (with a midwife) vs. a sterile, doctor ridden environment. Congratulations!
