We just booked another trip!
So as you all know, we're going to California in April for a week. Since we moved the trip back a week, we got the airfare cheaper and received a $90 credit from JetBlue, to be used within one year.
So...
we just booked a 2 day trip to Las Vegas for 4th of July weekend.
Both Boosh and I get out of work early on Friday, July 1. From work we'll hit the airport, where we have a 7 p.m. flight. We'll get to Vegas at 10 Pacific Time. Then we'll be there Saturday and Sunday and return Monday night at like 6:30.
Discounted airfare, plus keeping vacation days intact for other times of the year = my kind of vacation.
Should be awesome -- we'll either be staying at the Golden Nugget or Bally's. We get comped in Atlantic City at Bally's all the time - -want to see if we can apply a comp in Vegas. Worth a shot. Looking for cheaper hotel rates this time out since we're only going for 2 days, and since California is costing a bit of money.
