We made it through the first year!
We made it through the first year! After celebrating our first anniversary last night, I have this advice to offer:
~If you are on the fence about getting a video, just get it. We watched it last night for the first time and it was really nice to revisit all those special moments that flew passed us on our special day. Also, I just watched my parents' wedding video (they made it into a DVD from reel) and it was amazing to see them, my grandparents and all of our relatives celebrate their wedding 36 years ago. I hope we can share ours with our children one day.
~If someone threw out your cake or you forgot to take it home and have been cursing your reception hall ever since, settle down. I forgot to defrost our cake until the next day and it was nothing to write home about.
