At least new to us! My neighbor is always outside washing his car- a CST Cadillac which is my husband's dream car. Today he tells me he is selling it since its his dad's and he going blind and can't drive. The asking price is almost 4,000 below the book value and only has 14000 miles! I am so excited- My husband thinks we should do it! Gotta love the old man car deal!

I dont want to be a downer but.... Sounds like the poor guy loves his car by wasing it all the time. I would hate to be either the seller or the buyer. I would think the seller would feel like crap as he sees he nice shiny car sitting in your driveway. Just my 2cents. others may differ and thats fine.
