We need help with Woodbury Country Club

My daughter booked her wedding there over a year ago. The man we booked with was always very nice and understanding. We discussed many of our wishes with him and we felt he would do his best to make her wedding as perfect as he could. Over the past several months we tried to reach him for different reasons and were always surprised that we were put off without an explanation. We became concerned at times but figured he's busy, may be on vacation, etc. etc., and we resolved our issues without his help.
This week my daughter wouldn't take their evasiveness and she got very upset, insisting on a time that we could reach him. She was finally told he is no longer working there. They handled this entire situation very poorly and we have no idea how long it is that he has left. She was lied to on numerous occasions and is now very worried this is an indication of how they conduct their business.


I'm not posting this thread to bash the WCC, but I am appealing to anyone who had their wedding there or is planning it now, to please take a few minutes and FM me the name of the person you booked with and who has handled your wedding. I please ask you to share your experiences. My daughter is very upset over this. She is concerned that now she has no one there that she knows and anyone she starts working with at this late date will not really care about her wedding. This new person has his own clients that he has worked with from the very beginning and has built a relationship with them. Since they told her when she goes in 'whoever is around' will take over her wedding, I would much rather have a specific name from one of you rather than a 'whoever'!

Please tell me what role this person plays in the whole scheme of things, besides booking the event and handling the menu. Is he present during the wedding? Does he work closely with the matre'd?
I sincerely appreciate anything you can share with me.

I haven't had a reason to contact them recently (other than to send them periodic payments), but when I first went, I got a quote from Vincent, but signed with Michael. I had a prior experience (before we even thought we could afford to book there) with Chad, whom I heard no longer works there.
