We need some thankin' on these boards today!!!

I know that we all come from different situations and have families able to do different things, but the most important thing is to be thankful for any and ALL help that is provided.

Can we each name at least one person that has come through for us during wedding planning in a nonfinancial way that really helped see us through?

My 2 MOHs . Without their help-I would be a basket case!

All of my 'girls' on this site, your honesty & help is so appreciated & I am glad we have become friends.

a few people have stepped up to the plate for me in the past few weeks,

most especially my unlces wife, who was a BM. one of my other bm's (my sister) unexpected dropped out of my bp leaving my MOH and my uncles wife to shoulder the burden. My bm has stepped right up and made sure that none of the drama has altered or ruined my day. I 'promoted' her LOL. to Matron of Honor, b/c I was so touched by her dedication to our day and happiness.

My DH. He was my ROCK! That man earned stripes in heaven...boy did I go through a lot, he never flinched though, I love him more than I thought was possible.

My MOH. She planned and paid for my entire shower. And got us an amazing gift. I can't thank her enough.

My FI who doesn't understand the need for a big, expensive wedding. Who wouldn't mind getting married in private, just the two of us but has put up with all of my stressing, craziness and need for an elaborate affair!!!

My mom and 4 of my BMs did - their emotional support was OVERWHELMING and I'm still thankful for it!

My mom...I am extremely lucky to say I'm her daughter. Also many of the girls on LIW have helped me out tremendously through ideas or support

The special girls on this board my Mom!!!! and most of all my FH!!!!!!

he has been an angel sent from heaven helping me through my many mental 'falls'....like the one last night!!!! he just held me, told me how much he loves and how he can't wait to call me his wife!!!!!

My MOH who has been my backbone of this planning fiasco and my beautiful mom...for being so patient, so generous and loving.

My SIL...we have had our differences in the past, but she has really surprised me with her openness and I know she has my back if push comes to shove!!

My FMIL who may freak out about silly things at times, but sat with me for hours on the computer trying to pick a favor.
I'm thankful to have wonderful FILs.

My parents, in particular my Dad who always puts things in perspective for me.

Darlene who sat with me on more than one occasion to try on my gown and confirm my tiara was crooked!

Leslie who came with me to try on my gown when it first came in and for help with insight into Jewish aspects of a wedding.

And of course all of you ladies for your neverending help and advice!!

ETA My FH for putting up with me through everything!!!
