Re: We picking our menu tonight....
I didn't find it too overwhelming - I knew we were doing meat chicken fish and veggie - so that eliminated alot (no pork chop - Alex was very upset) - no duck etc. We had to realize even tho we wanted a 'Foodie' menu - many people wouldn't choose fancy options that we would have liked to put on. So if you think about that - it should make it simpler....you have plenty of time to make changes too! I had to give in to my mom too - it's just the way it is (But unfortunately in this case - they are usually right! I know you don't want to admit this about Mrs. S!)

i wish we had it that easy.
the reason i found it so overwhelming is mostly b/c of the cocktail hour.
we have to pick 6 chaffing dishes out of like 25.
as for the main course menu, CHCC gives your guests 7 options total and the guests have to choose
