It's a gorgeous house and we just fell in love! We just couldn't let it get away, it was absolutely perfect! Of course we have minor things to do, but it's move in condition, but we love it! The owner countered so we're going back tomorrow for a second look with his contractor grandfather! I'm so excited!

I don't want to jinx us, so no location, but it's 3 bedroom (2 HUGE bedrooms and one decent size) 1.5 bath, 1 car gargage, nice backyard and 8ft. ceiling finished basement!!!!!!!

8 feet? That's really nice. And I love big backyards. Crossing fingers for you, but not toes, in case that cancels the finger crossing.

Thanks so much! I was so excited when I walked into the basement because normally they are 6 ft, high and that's FH's height and we want a basement to use for us right now. It's exciting and nerve racking!
