We put in a bid..............UPDATED

yesterday on a house in N. Bellmore. We really like it and it's affordable for us. We're waiting to hear back today but our realitor was told that the couple really liked us. Wish us luck!!!!!

Thanks for all the good luck wishes!!! So far they have worked b/c our bid was accepted yesterday!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm trying to not get too excited til the engineer checks it out on Thursday but it's so hard to keep this kinda news to yourself!!! haha!!! So I come here and tell you ladies!!!!
So keep your fingers crossed thursday goes well and hopefully we'll be going right into contract!
