We registered!!!!

At Bed Bath & Beyond on Friday night...FH & I went after he got home from work...We didn't get to finish the registry then but got the major appliances on the list

Word of advice, if you have not registered yet, ONLY bring FH for the necessary things...Otherwise do it with either your mom & friend....We saw so many couples fighting while registering!!

I went back last night with my mom & finished it off...Now I am going to Fortunoffs next Monday to finish the whole registering process

I think that is really good advice. I was wondering if I should drag my FH with me when he comes home or just go with my mother (who will probably more helpful anyway).

I found that I forgot a lot of the little gadgets that my mom told me to register for...It truthfully takes about an hour to register & FH kept moving on to another section...Yesterday with my mom, she informed me of necessary things taht I forgot (ie baster, salad tongs, measuring spoons, splatter guards)

Congrats on registering, isn't it fun?

Jason and I went together for all the big things, i.e. appliances, china, etc... and then I went back with my mom for all of the kitchen gadgets, bakeware, etc. a couple of days later. It was much easier this way.

we had so much fun registering too!! FI behaved great!! I wouldn't have wanted anyone else to be with us besides him... we just had mom on standby near the phone so we could call with questions. I think as long as you give him the gun it works out well!!

Congrats!!! I had the best time registering. I had to make my FH happy so I let him hold the gun while were scanning. Hes such a baby!

FH and I are going in a couple of weeks, and I have contemplated leaving him home, or just taking him back for the major decisions. My mom and/or my MOH is much more up for the task than he is!
