We registered!

Yesterday FH and I registered at BBB! I have to say, it was fun to use the little scanner thing. But we only chose like, 30 things by the time we left. Did anyone else have the problem?

We don't need/want a lot of the typical registry items (china, flatware, etc), and we want to research some other things before we choose. They said you want to register for things twice the number of your guests - that is going to be hard!

lol 30 things is good. The first time we went we registered for 7 things lol. We had to go back a bunch of times and we only added a few things at a time. Eventually I had to start adding things to our registry online b/c my mom was yelling at me that she needed to send my shower invites out and there was barely anything on our registries.

I think it's good to take it slow and do your research before adding things to your registry. If you put something on there and you're not 100% in love with it, someone may buy it for you before you update your registry, and then you're stuck with it.

One of my friends keeps constantly changing her registry everyday. There were a few things that I was going to get her that aren't on there anymore. It's soo annoying- I'm gonna have to wait until the day before her shower to get her something lol.
