We're having our wedding at Jerricho Terrace. It's the first and only place we looked at and Im happy with my decision. The price is great and the place is great. But now that the date is set, Im starting to freak. lol. We have 8 months til the date but there's so much that has to be done like picking a DJ, flowers, photographer, dress, etc...I hope it all comes together easily

Don't worry, it will get done. I felt the same way, I still do some days. I got engaged in Nov. but I also got a new job that same week so I really didn't start planning until a month ago and the wedding is 4 months away now ! People act like it's crazy not to have everything booked 2 years in advance these days but you really have enough time. Congratulations

Thanks to everyone :) I dont know how Im gonna fit in time with my job either! Any days off I have are going to have to go to planning the wedding! And I totally agree on the 2 years in advance thing, my fiance and I have been engaged since 8/12/2005 so we've had enough time to think about our wedding!

Don't worry about it at all. We are getting married a little less than a year after we got engaged, chose the hall 3 months later and JUST picked a photographer. We still have to do everything else.
Yes, I do freak from time to time, but in the end, I know it will all get done! You'll be fine!

Don't worry you'll be fine! I'm surprised at how many people on this board had stuff booked a year and a half to two years out. We got engaged one year out, set the dat & booked the hall & church pretty quickly & then I waited until we were 9 months out to dook anything else. Good luck & Congrats!

I also had less than 8 months to plan!!! All of my vendors were booked as of April & now I have to finalize all of the details!!! Just make sure you pick out a dress soon!!!!

Don't worry!! You have plenty of time! I got engaged October 30, booked with my hall in November. We're doing it in 10 months! You can get it done! Congratulations! My brother and SIL got married at JT last year, their wedding was amazing!!!

Don't worry, 8 months is a decent amount of time!! Everything will get done, just don't stress over every tiny detail and you'll be fine!!
