has anyone been on one-- going to be on one-- would want to or not want to be on a specific show? please telll

My FH and I think we'd be great for eithe Rich Bride Poor Bride or Bridezilla. I'm not much of a bridezilla, but my mom thinks I am.

Actually a tip to everyone who watches those shows. If you saw the episode of My Big Fat Wedding with the couple from Jersey. The bride was blonde with big fake boobs and a fake tan and the groom ran his own catering business and pretty much took control of the whole thing and treated his bride like garbage? That catering facility is the Brownstone in Jersey. They're very rude there, my FH and I had called them after doing an online search of venues (we later found out from family friends in the business who ran the place) and they pretty much ignored us after we called them several times and left messages on their voicemails.

I would never do any of these shows. The tapes are edited to make you look more of a bridezilla than you really are. Plus I think of the way I react when I see these ladies acting like Queen of the world and no one is worthy enough of their wedding, and I wouldn't want anyone looking and judging me like that when I know the show was edited for the drama effect :)

i love watching them but hav no interest in starring on any of the shows. i feel that they would edit it to the point where u wouldn't even recognize urselves

I love watching them, but don't know about being on one. I wish I could be on platinum weddings..but unfortunately I think I am more of a Rich Bride...Poor Bride

Im not sure.. yes I totally agree with the whole thing on Bridezillas.. although it is rather funny lol--(but not for the bride looking back) lol even rich bride poor bride-- a wedding story or my big fat fabulous wedding--- I have seen couples spend 40k and be on there-- so i am not sure but I think it could be funn oh & it would be a nice thing to hold on to after the wedding!

any thoughts?

I would probably be on Bulging Brides - hahah, its awful. I was watching it last night and all I could think of was these poor brides couldn't fit into their dresses and they're DYING while exercsing.

Result of show: I bought my dress slightly big and now that I'm exercising, I have too much to bring in.

haha after last week I could be on bridezillas! but I dont think I'd do any of them. Im not extravagant enough for my big fabulous wedding.

Do they pay for part of the wedding if you get on the show or give you money??? LOL!

hahah that would be great if they paid a portion of the wedding, I would so get on there and be a bridezilla just for that.

My stepmother decided to shoot these shows an email after I got engaged suggesting me to be on them

Oh, and then she contacted the network and suggested that they do a new show about blended weddings and divorced parents who are remarried yadda yadda yadda...

She did find out that by going on bridezillas you get a whopping $2500. To look like that much of a biatch on tv, you would have to pay me a hell of a lot more money than that!
