wearing white to someone's wedding opinions please!

i just saw a picture of my Gf and she went to her cousins wedding in a white satin cocktail dress, do you think its wrong to wear white to someones wedding, at first i was like i dont care but now seeing a pic i dont think you should! how would you girls feel if someone showed up in white?

I agree that you shouldnt but some people are just clueless. . or maybe you can wear white if it's a culture that doesn't wear white. .

I wonder if people are having this conversation in other countries like ' how dare she wear wed to my wedding' honestly .. couldnt she have worn white!!
