How warm is it? Should we pack ALL summer stuff, or 1 or 2 pairs of pants and one sweater just in case?

I don't think you'll need a sweater at all but you might want to bring some pants if you're planning on any activites like horseback riding.
It should be comfortably warm in DR that time of year.

I'm going to DR in 3 weeks for my honeymoon, Secrets? I will let you know how the weather is there :) I think its like 80's in February.

The weather will be beautiful. You can take jeans and stuff, but I don't really think a sweater is necessary unless you're the type to be cold a lot. Enjoy your honeymoon.
