I was just wondering the same thing. I'm suppose to fly into New Yrok on Friday!!! I hope it doesn't hit NY!!!

I heard this morning that we are not getting hit with the hurricane itself but we will have the winds and rain. The winds are expected to gust up to 50MPH in the city and up to 60MPH on the Island. Still enough to leave us with no electricity

We are under a tropical storm warning. High winds (up to 74 mph) and heavy rain. They say it is mainly Nassau they are concerned with. This is what I heard on the news this morning. Good news: They say the storms should be gone by the weekend. So don't worry this weekends brides!!!

Argh! - I'm supposed to fly from LaGuardia to Chicago Friday morning! I have a feeling that I'm going to be stuck in the airport all day.

I hope all the rain and wind stops by tomorrow night - I'm supposed to be going to the FDNY/NYPD charity baseball game at Keyspan Park. FHs friend from his firehouse is the coach and it should be a lot of fun.
